Primetime Tent & Table Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made up to 30 days prior to your event you will be charged $100, the remaining will be refunded to your card. Cancellations made from 30 days to 7 days prior to event, initial deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your event will result in no refund. 

Rentals:

• Minimum order for delivery is $200.
• All quotes are based on ground floor and accessible yard deliveries. If changes are made upon arrival for set up, a fee may be assessed.
• Upon arrival for delivery and set up, if anything holds us up from setting up during our allotted time a $50/hour fee will be accessed. Minimum 1 hour.
• To reserve your rentals, we require a 50% deposit of total rental amount. No rentals or dates will be saved before payment.
